Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we accept returns only under specific conditions:
You may request a return if:
The product you received is damaged, expired, or defective.
The wrong product was delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
The request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.
The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Returns requested after 48 hours or for opened/consumed items will not be accepted.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Opened, used, or partially consumed products
Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery
Items purchased during special promotions or discounts (unless defective)
Change of mind, personal taste preferences, or ordering errors

Share your order number, product details, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll arrange a pickup or guide you through the return shipping process.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll notify you about the refund status.
If approved:
Refunds will be initiated within 7–10 working days.
The amount will be credited to your original mode of payment.
If your refund is delayed beyond 10 working days, please check with your bank or payment provider for confirmation.
In rare cases where your product arrives damaged or incorrect:
Do not dispose of the product or packaging.
Take clear photographs and share them with us via email within 48 hours.
Once verified, we’ll replace the item or process a full refund based on your preference.
Refund requests may be cancelled if:
The issue raised is not supported by sufficient proof (photo/video).
The item has been tampered with or used after delivery.
The return request was made after the allowed time frame.
