We are committed to delivering your favorite food products safely and on time. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines our process, timelines, and conditions for all orders placed through www.tastyhouse.in.
We currently deliver across India through our trusted courier and logistics partners.
For remote or non-serviceable areas, our team will notify you at the time of order processing.
All confirmed orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Orders placed after 5:00 PM are processed the next business day.
Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details.
Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days (depending on location)
Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
Delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather, or public holidays.
Free delivery on all orders above ₹499 (within India).
For orders below ₹499, a nominal delivery charge may apply based on your delivery location.
The exact delivery fee will be shown during checkout before you make the payment.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID and a link via email or SMS.
You can use this link to monitor your delivery status in real time.

If your package is lost in transit or undelivered due to courier issues, we’ll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.
Please ensure that all delivery details (name, address, contact number, pin code) are correct at the time of placing your order.
Tasty House will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If your order arrives damaged, please:
Do not accept the delivery if the package is visibly tampered.
Take clear photos of the package and product.
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
We’ll review your case and issue a replacement or refund as per our Refund & Return Policy.
At present, Tasty House does not offer international shipping.
